One of a Kind Original Design Handmade Limpet Shell Accent Lamp

This is the most incredible lamp made entirely by hand in our studio using the same techniques developed and mastered first by the renown Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early in 1900's and then following in the footsteps of my very creative friend Richard Hoosin who no longer produces lamps.
This lamp features hand collected rich creme, gold, green and amber toned Limpet shells all collected from the beaches from around the world. This handmade lamp features clear pale golden amber glass gems sprinkled throughout and a Tiffany Acanthus style washed soft golden toned lamp base. The shell shade has a rounded shape with a natural soft random bottom edge and has a wonderful soft warm glow.
We are including a specific light bulb of choice. The lamp base and shade are both solid, heavy and very well made.
The shells used to fabricate this lamp have been carefully hand selected for size and unique coloration that are then copper-foiled and heavily soldered into place by an artisan (me) in my own studio who painstakingly produces one lamp at a time. The solder is then washed with a blackened pewter patina. The entire process is very time consuming and with a great level of difficulty on many levels.
Each lamp is intended to display the natural beauty of the seashells. This lamp has a warm cozy glow that is gorgeous in any room.
Works beautifully on a side table, a night stand or a desk.
